Based on our review, nothing has come to our attention that causes us believe that the accompanying financial statement do not give a true and fair of financial position of the company at 31st December 2018, and it financial performance and cash flow for the year ended in accordance with international Finance Reporting Standards for small and medium-sized Entities, and in the manner required by the Lesotho Companies Act 2011.

In our opinion, except for the effects of adjustments, if any which we might have determined to be necessary had we been able to audit the opening balance as described in the basis for qualified opinion paragraph, the income statement and ash flow statement present fairly, in all material respects, the financial performance and cash flows of She Hive Association for the year ended 31st December 2019, in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Practice.

In common with many similar organizations the company's system of control is dependent upon the close involvement of executive director. Where independent confirmation of completeness of accounting records was therefore, not available we have relied upon the information supplied by the executive director and confirmation that the financial statements are complete in all material respect. Subject to the above, in our opinion the financial statements are set out on page 2 and 9 on attached document fairly represents the state of affairs of the company and its results for the period ended 31st December 2020.
